I was searching some music and stumbled upon this band. Oak Pantheon is for real and honestly a mysterious gem. The Absence, most recent album delivers in all fashions. The dynamic in this band is impressive. I love the fact they incorporate metal, instrumentals and awesome melodic contour. The opening track is fantastic (Becoming None) as it takes you on a great instrumental journey in the beginning of the song to eventually set the stage of what is in-store for rest of album. I love when a band pushes the boundaries and clearly if you give this album a listen it hits on all different aspects of music. Other songs I really like are Silence We Plead, the arrangement on this song is awesome. Old Yarn and Listen! also my favorites. All in all solid 8 tracks and a very well put together album.
